Re: Football in Australian media
90% of supporters are pissed off with the coverage football gets in Australia. It's justified.

Re: Football in Australian media
So the biffo between port and geelong is being celebrated as some kind of throw back to the 70s. 30 grown men going at it infront of families.
A few weeks ago a womens game was cancled after fights resulted in 9 injuries including concussions and a broken collar bone.

A 14 year old gets thrown out of the aleague and everyone loses their shit...

Ppl who slap the label of truth on the 1st thing they hear, do it out of ignorance, convenience or cant be bothered picking through a thin layer of falsehood to find the real truth, or possibly even another lie

Re: Football in Australian media
So we win the double last year yet are flying under the radar this year as the Australian football media undertake their annual pre-season salivating over the Sydney and Melbourne clubs.
Business as usual. My hope is for an Adelaide-Perth-Wellington 1-2-3

Nice to see the HAL gearing up their media promotion now that the other codes are off.
Euge on Sunrise this morning. Not that I watch it.
Good move. Although that "Gotta have a team" slogan is terrible!

Another Melbourne Cup, another lot of hypocrisy from the mainstream media.
