2014/2015 Dream Grand Final

Postby ozisnowman Sat May 09, 2015 11:31 pm

FFA got its dream gran final as noted by robbie slatter. Yeah the two teams that most rort the salary cap get into the grand final. Just look at their squads and tell me they are paid less than 2.55 million. Yeah right they are all playing free for the fun of it. Stinks how much Victory and Sydney FC are a protected species.

Zelic has gone from a noisy, over the top commentator to an Eastern state sycophant. I know people like him but he's become the epitome of what's wrong with Australian commentators and the less we hear of him the better.

Neds to ne of the only commentators whos calls the game infront of him not to a pre written script.

Huge breathe of fresh air imo, ned would make ccm vs nix interesting

I had to read it a couple of times before I got it.

Hahaha, well said Ned.

the AFL vs A-League saga over the grounds has blown up. the jab from eddie regarding building our own stadium is a crack up, we would if the government spent the money like they do for the AFL

The Age has an article about the Grand Final location/scheduling. It's more informative than most, but it still feels like we're not getting the whole story.

Bite the bullet and play it at Stadium Australia every year.

Such a bunch of flounders down there.

Yeah that's probably the fairest way of going as it's not anyone's home ground.

Yeah I can just see Sydneysiders in their tens of thousands trying to get tickets for a Perth v Adelaide or Wellington GF...

home GF is important.
FFA cup final could be experimented on and put in one location? it's a flip of the coin to see who hosts, and by flip of a coin I mean whatever option makes the most money for the FFA.
I can see us not playing a single game at home this FFA cup run. which means fans are not engaged
