The SA FFA Cup qualifying rounds final is this Sunday. Adelaide City v Croydon.

After that there are only two postions in the round of 32 left with Palm Beach v Noosa Lions in Queensland and Darwin Olympic v Alice Springs Celtic playing to be the NT entrant.

I'm hopeful Palm Beach continue to impress and be a boost to football in Gold Coast.

Fed Cup Final/FFA Cup (round of 32) Qualifier today, Adelaide City vs Croydon. Kick-off is 3pm.

Croydon playing much better in the league and getting the results to show for it atm, but City are the "cup" team and have scored a bag full this season. Should be quite interesting.
I don't know who i want to win, but I reckon Croydon will rise up to break some hearts today.

Apparently there will be a stream? Not too sure about that. But it will be on radio for anyone thats interested in following along.

Half-time 0-0.

City started the half the better team, getting the early possession and coming close to scoring a few times, hitting the post twice. Croydon kept hitting it long too early or to no one in particular, they ended getting themselves into the game half way through the 45, slowed the game game down, conceding fewer errors but not all, nevertheless it was enough to balance the play and Croydon had some chances themselves to score.

Overall, the game has been a bit stop start, lacking any real fluidity, I'm sure the game will open up towards the end of the game.
