Mariners establish scouting network

Central Coast Mariners have announced the establishment of a first-ever A-League scouting network which was officially formalised on Friday.

Impressive CCM again paving the way for HAL clubs off the field. Its very impressive considering CCM's apparent financial woes. Why can't the 'cashed' up HAL clubs do this?

They just had to pull the pin on their 'Centre of Excellence', didn't they??
