I think it's probably the best option for the Heart if they decided to accept this offer over others. I find a lot of the comments about how great it is for the league to be nonsense though and indicative of the 'just happy to be here' attitude that continues to sneak back into the game here. Particularly if FFA management are going to use it as yet another excuse to declare year zero or a 'new era for the game in Australia.'

Man City own 80%, Melbourne Storm or rather the conglomerate that owns and operates the Storm and a bunch of other interests (sporting and non-sporting, ) own 20% and will probably be solely responsible for the day to day operation of the new club.
