Re: A-League All*Stars
How? I just can't believe out of our whole squad he is the only one. Crazy. Have these guys been training together or are the just gonna slap together the team 9 days before the game and expect them to be competitive (haha) or at the very least entertaining? The all stars system is a joke. Should have been a HAL team.
Re: A-League All*Stars
I think our other players who would have made it (Euge & Vido) are going to be away at the East Asian Cup. As will all the other good A-League Aussies. The East Asian Cup is not FIFA endorsed means that there's not an international break from club football.
And yes - the squad is going to be put together a week out from the game so this weekend lol.
I'm going to this game to see Man U but kinda embarrassed/regretting buying tickets now. The All Stars are a joke.

Ahh of course the socceroos camp. Making more sense now, how badly organized was this.
Would be great to see Man U play but under the circumstances I can't see it being very entertaining. Hopefully there's a ton of goals.

Re: A-League All*Stars
I'm hoping for double figures from Man U.
Both teams playing with one central defender and 2 wing-backs who push forward

Personally I couldn't give a rats ass who's in the Allstar squad. Everyone just wants to see Man Utd. I'd much rather have Dario and Euge training for the East Asian Cup.

Half time at the liverpool tard match. Imo they r really doing aus proud.
Sure they could hoof the ball and try grind out an unlikely result. But the mv kids are holding their own. There are passages where mv retain the ball for an easy 5 minutes.
They are not dominating the game, but they are playing real football and holding their own without their best striker their dm and have no real number 10.
Even if the second half turns into a 4 nil rout i think mv would have earnt australia some real respect

They don't seem overawed and they are pushing the ball around well.

Really well played. Liverpool are no Man U but MV were far better than the All Stars.
I think Ange should coach the NT. Love him or loathe him, he gets the best out of his players.
An under 22 MV matched it with Liverpool whereas our Socceroos B are getting played off the park by South Korea B under Holger.
