Heskey with a brace tonight against Victory. Both came within 2 minutes of each other, and both were (lovely) poachers goals but that's what he is there for. Putting away those chances is what has gotten the Jets to the top of the table, the opposite end of where everyone has expected them.

4 goals in 3 matches. If Heskey keeps this up, who know's what Newcastle can make of their season.

You would know more than anyone Stuckey considering you live over there, but from what I saw on Soccer AM. Heskey scoring kinda makes people over there take the piss out of the league more than ever. Thats hardly good for the league's reputation.

I would take anything mentioned on Soccer AM seriously. Obviously I look for HAL news but I think ADP and Heskey does make people stand up a listen. But obviously the HAL is always only going to get so much attention abroad. Its really up to players like Heskey to make the most of what is essentially a working holiday for them and encourage more stars to make the trip.
