Sydney fc chasing Reid and Culina

Fox sports are reporting that Sydney FC is chasing Paul Reid and Jason Culina for this season too. Apparently they can fit them in their cap.

I thought Reid was already a done deal for another a league team? And Culina is a risk.

My question is, would you take Paul Reid back on an injury replacement stint for Teeboy and then try to fit him in to the main roster once an opportunity arises?

*cough* watson *cough*

Or is he not worth the hassle?

Not worth the hassle, great player but I think that under the revised injury replacement rule the player you bring in has to play the same position as the one who left - ie we couldn't replace him with a goalkeeper of defensive midfielder as he is on our books as striker/attacking mid.

I still love Reidy and would take him back in a haertbeat, but we have the CDM position nailed down brilliantly by Malik and Caravella.

I'd play Teeboy at CDM before Caravella.

I loved Reid and saw him as a missing piece of last seasons puzzle but I wouldn't have him back. Too old and hasn't played enough of late to warrant a spot.

No, we should be replacing Teeboy with a kid of similar age.

i wouldn't take reid back after the way he acted in his time here. i know it was under rini and rini killed a lot of the club off, but at the end of the day he still turned his back on AUFC.
