MELBOURNE Victory will play the second match of a rigorous pre-season program tonight, against Victorian Premier League side Oakleigh, but star signing Marcos Flores will once again be an absentee.
The Argentinian still has not received clearance for a visa, although Victory is confident that will come through sooner rather than later.
