Who would you go for in the HAL?

Not that I'm considering changing sides or anything just wondering who likes who? :D

Personally I went for Heart. Firstly because anyone who hates MV as much as we do deserves some credit, and I really like the way the club is building slowly working closely with youth development and community engagement. Plus with the newly formed futsal side the club really appears to be heading down the path of a European sporting club which (especially if the cross over to other sports as well) will be great for the community and only help their fan/membership numbers.

I'm a Brisbane boy so they would definitely be my team if AU didn't exist.
Have a soft spot for Nux & Jammies though.
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

I'd support wherever I'm from, or the closest side.

I support AUFC, not the A-League.

I guess it would have to be Brisbane because that's where I live. All hypothetical really though because if for whatever reason AUFC disappeared I'd probably lose interest in the league. I couldn't begin to support someone else now.

FWIW had the league began a couple of years earlier, I'd probably be a Sydney FC fan as that's where I was living in the early 00s.

Thank fuck that didn't happen.

I picked CCM. I'm not sure why; a bit of a toss-up between the likes of Perth and Heart, and alternative from the mainstream FFA favourites, like the Tards and Sydney. If AUFC were to close shop though, I'd lose interest in the league in a matter of minutes. If AU weren't part of the league at all, I'd probably have a team that I like, but honestly do little to physically 'support', much like the NRL.

I'm afraid I'd be a neutral. If a Darwin team came along it might pique my interest.

Adelaide City, or more likely one of the local clubs down south - I would not have a HAL team but would watch the league as a spectator.
