Surely you have one of these up and coming kids you lock them into a good contract so you reap the rewards of their development or get a nice transfer fee.

Not sure. He has shown signs of class but probably more due to lousy victory tactics he's game has suffered.
I think AU should focus more on signing young players who can still play youth league like we did with Leckie. Then they're not anchored to the bench if they don't set the world on fire straight away.
