Jai Ingham is off to Brisbane Roar after only a few weeks with the Mariners. Shades of that prat, Steve Lustica.
Ingham was a Mulvey signing and he seemed to be on the outer.

City, Western Melbourne and the nix are all keen to sign Berisha who "seems certain" to return to the A-league.

Western it is.

With Scott McDonald and Besart Berisha up front you have to feel for Stama.

They've signed 24 players now? The rules are a maximum of 23 players, unless someone is a 'guest' player?

According to their Wiki page they now have a squad of 22 plus two scholarship players.

So much for Western United (I still cringe at that awful and bland name every time) 'granting opportunities to young Australian players'.

Marquee players aren't included in the squad either so they only have a squad of 20.

I can't see Berisha being a starter by the end of the season tbh and I wouldn't be surprised if McDonald isn't one either.

Yuel probably has locked in a bench spot at this stage but with two ageing strikers ahead of him, opportunities for him and AP could come very quickly.

Sorry, but I don't feel for Stama at all. He should have stayed. Toure has shown that if you're good enough you can get in.

Piet planned to loan him out. It was either that or go to a club where he would feature in the first team.
