We Are The Reds

This Friday I'll be doing a long overdue upgrade to the newest version of the forum software. I'll be starting it around midday Adelaide time and the site will need to be down for a while I do it. Hoping it'll only be a couple of hours max but should be less than that.

Probably not a lot of radical changes to the forum feature-wise (I need to do it more to keep the site secure) but one thing very obvious change will be the new theme for the site. I've tried to pick one that looks more modern but still has most things in places familiar to the forums. Here's a sneak peek of what it'll look like.



Hopefully a refresh in our style will coincide with a refresh in our team's

The sites been upgraded successfully but as you can see I'm having some issues with the theme... Can work on that in the background without affecting anything and will switch it when it's ready. In the meantime, enjoy the default style, everything should function as normal.

Hopefully the red theme will appear but don't worry if it takes time, it will still do the job better than the team is playing even if it is blue.

Ok Theme should be operational now

Only thing outstanding (unless you see another issue, please let me know) is the Tapatalk integration. Will let you know when that's operational as well.

Overall I think it is great, however I find the red bar that follows down the screen as you scroll down to be very annoying.

Brilliant upgrade mcjules! Works a treat on mobile too.

Thanks again. Mobile support was a big factor in choosing this forum theme. Tapatalk is still supported as well as it offers a few additional features that I (and I assume others) find useful.

Scott, I take your feedback on the top menu bar. I personally don't mind it and it will disappear with a quick "up scroll". However if it's universally disliked I can easily make it fixed to the top.
