Changes to round 11 at Hunter.

Following the Western Sydney Wanderers FC qualification for the FIFA Club World Cup 2014 in December, Football Federation Australia (FFA) has today announced the following updates to the Hyundai A-League 2014/15 Season Draw.

the round 11 match between the Newcastle Jets and Adelaide United will now be played on Friday 19 December at Hunter Stadium (kick-off 7:40pm AEDT).



Thoughts of the 3 day turn around??!!

So we lose an extra days rest so the broadcasters dont lose a friday night game? Why are we being punished for WSWs success?

We've had a sweet deal so far with the FFA Cup draw. I guess its about time the club feels some pain just like many others have.

Not sure 5 A-League opponents in a row constitutes a sweet draw!

True, but having 4 of those 5 at home was a big advantage. Not as much as playing an NPL team but.

I meant as far as the dates have seem to work in AUs favour.
