Last year the NYL team was heavily promoted as a result of former CEO Glenn Elliot's son being involved with the team. With Glenn's departure it seems the interest from the club in promoting the team has gone with it.

Disappointing for the fans.

When you owe suppliers money they generally stop supplying until you pay.

Did it say he has just become an Australian citizen? This might be why he hasn't made it previously, good enough for a spot on a list but not good enough as a VISA player.
