Re: Fifa corruption charges - clean that mess up.
I don't really think the money to the Irish is the controversy its been made out as. Isn't it just basically an out of court settlement? ie the Irish felt butthurt, wanted to kick up a stink and FIFA just gave them some monies to keep things out of the courts and be done with it.

Re: How United will win the league.
Well, we've never won 3 in a row under Gombau - if ever there's a time to break that duck its right now. Would see us clear on top of the ladder with 2 games to go. Interesting to see how Brisbane approach things from here on in, knowing they're almost certainly in the finals - but are unlikely to i...

Hmm, I'd have to say no. Need to start winning trophies!Melbourne currently 3-0 up over Welly...one point ahead and with a game in hand.
Here's a question, would we be satisfied this season with coming second to Melbourne (again) but securing an ACL spot?

Re: Hindmarsh Stadium
So, during one of the podcasts I was listening to yesterday (think it might have been Foxsports football, but from a few weeks ago) Simon Hill I think it was relayed a conversation he had with Michael Petrillo - and Petrillo said the hope was that they'd put a second tier on the eastern grandstand a...

All I can say though is thank fuck he's not coming. Liverpool supporters are bad enough as it is - could you imagine the fap fest in our fair town if Stevie MBE came and played.

Re: How United will win the league.
They know that we have the easiest run of all the top 4 sides. The problem is we get ourselves into a good position to make up ground - or even go clear on top of the table but then drop points against teams we really should beat. Losing to Newcastle and Central Coast being prime examples. Thankful...

Bulut in western Sydney. That's a homicide just waiting to happen.@SocStoppageTime: We have been informed that @wswanderersfc are in advanced talks to sign 22yr old striker Kerem Bulut, who's currently playing in Turkey
He'll blend right in perfectly there!
