McClenahan's Future In Doubt

I liked him at the Olympics, he's the kind of player we are lacking at the moment. AUSTRALIAN defender Trent McClenahan's future at English Championship club Scunthorpe United remains unclear with his short-term deal at Glanford Park set to expire this week. http://au.fourfourtwo.com/News/193321,mcc...

Re: Suncorp under water.

Makes sense and probably could be a good move for Brissy, they have been getting around 12,000 to their last few games. Playing it in Skilled with a capacity of around 28,000 would give their fans some long awaited atmosphere!

Re: Melbourne Victory vs Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!

Did anyone see Lleyton Hewitt at the game?

I just saw a photo of him with a Victory shirt!

That's the final straw he is now offically a complete scum bag! (he was just 99% of a scum bag before this!)

Re: The Run Home

A run to end of the Asian Cup for the Socceroos, could be a double bonus. Gold Coast, in their last two matches, have looked toothless without Culina.

I would have hoped the same thing happened to Brisbane without McKay but no... :(

Re: Smeltz looking for a HAL club???

Personally i can't see him making back to Europe he is getting on in the years now and he hasn't really proved himself at that level. I think he's here to stay unless he goes back to China but thats probably unlikely. He wouldn't fit into AU's system i think he's not big enough to be Serg and he's n...

Re: New Stratco TV commercial

Did everyone get their Stratco cards in the mail?

I'll probably only use it once or twice but it makes me feel loved!

Re: Broadcasting rights/Internet streaming

I agree and think its going to happen some day for sure especially with things like the telstra T-box and i think iinet have some think similar i guess foxtel would have to decide whether the good out weighed the bad. The good being more people would definately subscribe. The bad being i would think...

Re: Francisco Usúcar - Debut

i think Reid has a few more demensions to his game then that.

Hughes is a great work horse who has clearly worked hard to fit into the system.

We've only seen 80 mins of Pancho so there is every possibilty he could play like that too.

Re: The Run Home

Surely we would get a full house at AO for the GF obviously the viewing isn't as good but i wonder what 37,000 AU fans would sound like?

Re: The Run Home

Football Park is already out of the question, our only options in Adelaide are Hindmarsh and the Oval. We may have to slide money under the table to the SACA/State Government to host it at Hindmarsh. You said Hindmarsh which confused me The Champion's Toilet Seat is all about fund raising for the F...

Re: The Run Home

17000 for a GF at Hindmarsh would be awesome. Unfortunately, will never happen. Stadium must hold 30k (I think) to host a GF Is there a offical mandate for that? I have heard that the FFA have the power to choose where the GF will be played Explain that Ranndy having our GF taken away from us due t...

Re: Melbourne Victory vs Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!

One thing i was just thinking of how good was Birra! Pity about the last goal be showed no sign of being lost to the moment.

If Euge gets picked but soon our goals are certainly in safe hands!

Re: The Run Home

If indeed we do win the games we need to get a home GF where would it be, Adelaide Oval or Aami Stadium? Hindmarsh Stadium. 17000 for a GF at Hindmarsh would be awesome.
