Re: Sydney FC v Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!!!©

I said just prior to the season start that we would be fortunate to come away with 3 draws from our first 3 matches and we managed two; we might even have jagged a win, if Hiro hadn't been shafted by both Daniel Elder on the field and Kurt Ams in the VAR room. My expectation was that we would have ...

Re: Who's signed for next season

Josh Mori and Isaac Danzo are on trial and played in our friendly tonight. Wow Danzo was playing for Levante until not long ago. He even got minutes with the senior side in some pre-season games. He was playing NPL 2 so he can't be that good He came back to Aus to play for St George, he's from Woll...

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: 2013/14 10 year anniversary members seat cushion

Never seen one - probably reserved for the chardonnay sippers in the western grandstand  [emoji1635] Before I had kids I paid the extra $100 to not have the sun in my eyes.... Then when they changed that section to platinum and jacked the price up another $100, I just sat directly opposite my...

Re: NZ friendly

Celebrating 100 years of international football and sending off our Socceroos? You really wouldn’t know it. Where is a parade of past heroes? Where is the mainstream news coverage? At least we got a1-0 win. Not convincing, but Arnie has only had them for a couple of days. Obviously the game isn't s...

Re: Coopers Stadium

We often ask for improvements, but its such a cracking stadium. Really can't wait to get along to some games this Summer. It will be interesting to see if the crowd figure increases this season. The stadium is as good as ever, covid (touch wood) is behind us and the club has had a very promising off...

Re: Adelaide City v Adelaide United Australia Cup Match Day Jamboree!!!©

I think we a few more games under their belt they will work out how to make things function better. Like any new venue there will always be issues for the first few openings. Not sure if people recall how Hindmarsh was managed before 2010 but it took years to finally work out how to manage a decent ...

Great to hear. Hopefully with the Eddie Betts situation casting AFL in a bad light. Football can be a beacon of equality.

Re: Coopers Stadium

I just read on the Women's WC wiki page that Coopers will have a capacity of 22k. The current redevelopment won't bring it up to that surely?
