Take him off penalties immediately. McGree should have taken that. 11 goals in his last 13 competitive games
Have to agree, while he's confident you let him go.

Re: New rectangular stadium in Adelaide?

Our little ground is still the envy of every other football fan in Australia. We will never get something like the new Wanderers ground (which they are sharing with a rugby league side), at best we'd get some soulless multisport stadium with cruddy turf and which still wouldn't meet the needs of mo...

Re: FFA CUP FINAL! Adelaide United v Melbourne City 2019/2020

Yeah AU is never going to be a club that will able to chase talent to build a championship side. It has to come from within as they build these kids up and get the most out of them before they move on to greener pastures. I've said it plenty of times but AU could certainly become the Ajax of Asia i...

Re: FFA CUP FINAL! Adelaide United v Melbourne City 2019/2020

When you have local players they can get up for the big games like this, unlike the mercenaries. Talent will get you so far but a bit of heart can get you further. This. A great portion of that side were locals, it just means more. I tell you what, all of a sudden goals are coming from everywhere a...

If he stays grounded and surrounds himself with the right people, Toure could be absolutely anything

Re: FFA CUP FINAL! Adelaide United v Melbourne City 2019/2020

Our wings lack the final ball. Winning it enough to cause all manner of issues but if we could get a decent cross in we could be a couple more up.

Warm night, players will tire.

Re: FFA CUP FINAL! Adelaide United v Melbourne City 2019/2020

Just listened to Verbeek and Jako’s presser and Verbeek said the only change will be Strain in for Atabew. He is also unsure whether Toure or Halloran will start. Another interesting thing Verbeek said was that Kusini Yengi was training with the first team before he got injured. This injury opened ...

Re: FFA CUP FINAL! Adelaide United v Melbourne City 2019/2020

Gonna be stretched for a squad again, hopefully Halloran gets up.

Need to start better and not be 2 goals down early, we've finished games well but we're almost out of it by half time.

We will win, Toure to be the hero.
