Because they're not a 100% fitness wise. They've started their preseason training a lot later than the other boys. Why on earth isn't Baba and Gulum starting?

We do have Margush to rotate Izzo with, he looked very promising in his limted opportunities so far.Izzo's a bit of question mark for me but apart from that we seem to have a strong spine

True, might actually get to play them at Hindmarsh this season. You'd hope so at least. But the club probably wouldn't promote the game anyway if it was.At least it won't be at Adelaide Oval.

Re: 2017 FFA Cup Round 32 AU v Newcastle
Team wasn't that sharp at most times but a win is a win and we get to continue playing competitive football till the A-League starts.
Blackwood was was pretty good given we're still in pre-season.

Re: RE: Re: Who's signed for next season
It may be because we're finalising that foreign attacking mid that Kurz was talking about (who may be an absolute gun). Nevertheless I'm gutted. I love Dario :bh: I think thats the situation atm. I like Dario, but if you have some visa spots open like we do, its an opportunity to find better player...

Re: Who's signed for next season
Not a super exciting signing but a necessary one, adds depth for us in DM.
One thing i am getting more and more excited about is Kurz. Its going to be interesting to see the results of his ideas about training, discipline and effort, as well as his tactics im sure.

Re: RE: Re: Who's signed for next season
Most clubs are going to have to accept that ambitious talent looking to re-ignite stalled careers will be prepared to play for City at a discount due to City Group's global connections. Adelaide presents a far better launching pad for younger Australian talent looking to make a mark and seek their ...

My sentiments exactly. Fk him.He might have his reasons but frankly I don't give a damn. He's signed for a rival club when he could have come back here. He's now the enemy. That there's a specific reason he didn't want to come here.

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: Who's signed for next season
So is Merkel injury prone ? According to wiki the guys barely plays Did his ACL a couple of years ago is all I've heard. According to wiki he has played 63 professional matches in his career. I would imagine many of those games were off the bench Transfermarkt says his played 105, with i think arou...

Re: RE: Re: United Playing at Norwood Oval!?!
.@gcmayer on Club moving to Norwood: "It's just not going to happen. We're not going anywhere." #CoachesNight So why get into talks with Norwood if they aren't going anywhere. The genius that is Greg Griffin I guess. Trying to manufacture some leverage. Look out for his new book 'The Art of the Boy...
