Re: New Right Back coming

jeezus, not Mark Milligan. Hated him at Sydney, hate seeing him in a Socceroos shirt.. mouthy, egotistical fucker whose head was always bigger than his talent. Having said that, if it is him, I will cheer him in a red shirt and try to learn to love him. Emerton would be top notch but no chance, he's...

Re: Perth Glory v Adelaide United Matchday Jamboree ©

Hughes and van Dijk can hold their heads high - and generally our attacking play was pretty good, though Flores & Dodd were a little bit off song and Ramsay definitely ain't the polished article as an A-League player just yet. His miss deserves a special mention - after he rounded the keeper he coul...

Re: Are we FIT?

Dodd's never been Mr Consistency though. What he brings is that touch of magic that very few Aussie players have - an effervescent burst that can turn a game on its head. If he's playing rubbish, Rini seems to have no qualms dragging him - he's also done really well when he's been brought in off the...

Re: And the new 'striker' is...

Sounds promising..
Leckie, Flores, van Dijk, Dodd, this bloke - that's a lot of talent to fit into our forward line!

Re: Serg

Been saying it all along. Serginho is quality, and probably works as hard as anyone on the team (watch him off the ball and you'll see what I mean). He's the striker that Cristiano, Owusu, Agostino etc never became with Utd.. Djite was getting there but Serg's game is much more polished.

Re: Palmer's Christmas gift

In other Palmer-related news: So apparently Clive Palmer is planning to revive the zeppelin as a mode of transport, more than 70 years after the Hindenburg disaster largely destroyed the reputations of these fabulous flying machines. He has registered a company called Zeppelin International with two...

Re: Reinaldo leaves Roar for Qatar

I'd laugh if his arrogance got him executed over there. Nice. By the way that's the second reference you've made in regards to executions in Qatar, as if it's a daily occurence... You do realise that it's been almost a decade since they last executed someone? The middle east in general, its not con...

Re: Give the the trophy now

As long as we win either premiership or championship, i'll be happy. Silverware and ACL qualification. Do not want another season of being a double runner-up.
