Re: FFA Cup Quarter-Final: Tardistan vs AUFC
Geeez now wasn't that NOT unexpected. Melbourne "NO CAP" Victory have done it again. Only good thing is that with FFA Cup. Home & Away, ACL the chance that some of their players may develop injuries and level out the playing field.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Bozanic just signed for Melbourne "What Salary Cap." Victory. Ohh I forgot Archie Thompson is playing for a pack of beer nuts each week. How the heck Sydney and Melbourne get away with this shite will eventually kill this league. You cannot have interest in 4 teams from Melbourne and Sydney with eve...

FFA, Sydney FC, Victory FC and the Rest
Talk about Sydney and Victory being protected species. Clubs are under financial pressure (Roar, Newcastle, CCM etc), Perth gets caned for salary cap breaches, yet now we have the FFA rambling on about long standing players being able to have salary outside of the cap as part of a loyalty player all...

Re: Who's signed for next season
We desperately need good replacement for Boogs. Quality midfielder for Watson. Two genuine strikers to replace Palanca and Djite. We also need a good team physiologist or hypnotist to build a mental edge to stop losing games during season we shouldnt loss.

2014/2015 Dream Grand Final
FFA got its dream gran final as noted by robbie slatter. Yeah the two teams that most rort the salary cap get into the grand final. Just look at their squads and tell me they are paid less than 2.55 million. Yeah right they are all playing free for the fun of it. Stinks how much Victory and Sydney F...

Re: Who's signed for next season
If we want to be a contender rather than a pretender we need a good replacement for boogs but even more so an absolutely clinical striker with pace and knows how to finish. This season promised so much but last three weeks and the wheels have fallen off. What has been worst is we dont know how to pr...

Re: Adelaide United v Wellington Phoenix Match Day Jamboree!
Would love to take the son to the game problem is with a mortgage and the like it's hard convincing the wife that it's $50 bucks well spent. That's the problem ticket prices are too high. It should be $15 max I should be able to take the son and get him a hotdog and chips for $40 not $60+

Re: What we're expecting from Kosi
I am expecting that Kosi will instill some pride and passion from the boys. Going down fighting is not the problem but going down the way we have was shameful. Whether Kosi is the right person for the job or not should not be questioned. The supporters need to get behind him and the team to do their...

Remember reading an article by Travis Dodd and at the time thought he was having a bit of a whinge but he may be totally correct in that the players are not getting on well with Rini. Firstly I can't understand his team selection, formation and player positioning. Is djite injured? Starting sorry sl...

Re: sOCCEROO'S THE FUTRE
Yahhh yahhh yahhh the money needs to come from somewhere. Well $45 million that was wasted on the suspect world cup bid won by a footballing minnow in the middle of the hot arabian summer would have done very nicely in setting our nation up for the future thank you very much.

Re: SOCCEROO'S THE FUTRE
The FFA needs to heavily invest in our Youth League and underlying grass roots. They should look at having better quality youth team coaches possibly overseas to help youngsters break the big time. They will need to also ensure that these youngsters are given a go in the A-league rather than filling...

Re: Australia's World Cup 2022 Bid
There needs to be a big push to get the FIFA headquaters moved out of Switzerland and into a country where the bank aocounts of the fat cat executives can be tracked. What really peaves me is there is now talk that they should move the World Cup 2022 timeslot to a European Winter so that the tempera...

Re: Australia's World Cup 2022 Bid
really? no auto qualification? that sounds like a bad idea to me... I know it's early (extremely), but what ya reckon, worst crowd figures ever for the Qatar WC? Given Global Warming if they are in a heat wave during the world cup i reckon that it will be sparsely supported. Or maybe a stadium full...
