Re: Preview: AU v Brisbane
the pissant in me feels that in true AU style we'll drop the important games and we'll have our hearts broken in the process.. again. But, We're playing better than we ever have, under any coach. The passing game is with intent, not just 'because'. One thing i admire that the spanish revolution has ...

Re: Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!!
I've watched the tackle on goodwin a few times now, Georgevski had launched his tackle when goodwin was already going down. If he doesnt get 3 weeks + then there is something seriously wrong.

the defenders were'nt even challenging for headers in the 6 yard box. Hopefully this match gives them a false sense of security and they get a shock when they come up against us.

Re: How can the Red Army be improved?
Let's make one thing clear: the FFA hates active support. Club tifos should never, ever be club funded. The idea behind a tifo is that they are funded by the hard-earned financial resources of a supporter group, and made with the passionate efforts of said supporter group members. Yeah clubs paying...

Re: How can the Red Army be improved?
I've attended 4 or 5 games with a friend in the active bay, im not a RA member - but i am a 3 game pass holder with united and cannot believe how hard it was to change that from a GA ticket to an active ticket. I bought my membership 4 days before the Victory game at AO, and requested to change the ...

feel bad for the bloke.
Surely we'll terminate the loan and send him back to his parent club to free up funds though?

Re: Ozzie bids Reds fans farewell.
I want to know why he left... surely the club didnt just accept mauk. Because if they did we got screwed.
secondly, this whole man City thing is starting to become worrying. they're just buying up all the talent in the aleague.

Re: ACL 2016
essentially they're paying us $15k for one game. if we lose, we only play the one game.
If we win.. they give us an extra $100,000 for the minimum of 6 extra games.
1 game = 15,000k per game
7 games = $16,428 per game

Re: James Troisi
We've got 2 things on our side which which other clubs will be hard to beat. 1. His family are here. 2. We're playing Asian Champions league. I would take less money for 12 months... in the Champions league... get form.. get an offer from an asian club for more money. All while getting to spend time...

Re: James Troisi
How can the victory possibly be chasing his signature?
what concerns me is.. Melbourne City... Manchester city sign him. Pay him his 3 year contract in full up front as a signing bonus. then loan him to Melbourne City with a $0.00 weekly wage.

Re: Coopers Stadium
putting the stand on wheels is ludacris. Whats the difference of what is max 10 metres to the viewing experience. not worth 10s of millions.
I'd be happy with a roof over the existing eastern stand.
