Does anyone know if AFL play on longer or shorter grass than we do for football?

I knew it was an issue with cricket because they like it shorter than we do. If they play with it longer then they can cut it the day before to the same as coopers.

Scalping happens world wide, there isnt a lot you can do about it.

I think it will be a little different tactically because it has a potential to go to extra time and penalties.

with 2,300 supporters coming over, thats almost the whole south end. at least a very significant portion.

just read an article from the australian financial review that AU will report a ~300k loss this year + bonus' for winning the league. Mainly put down to the poor start to the season (drop of avg crowd & memberships.)
