https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EMxmbbWUYAA0Ii1.jpg Fairly standard lineup although Marrone being dropped instead of Strain is a bit of a surprise. I reckon a few players would be playing for their spots. Taking a moment to appreciate the level of aussies in our front third and better yet the number of...

Very sorry for your loss Otto, the serving CFS should be held with the same level of admiration as our ANZACS in my view.
Best wishes to you and your family.

We were poor but im not to bothered.
Sfc and city have poor games but the brilliance of their marquees usually see them get over the line with a single shot or deft touch.. This time troisi did this for us and its something this club has historically lacked.

Re: FFA
People took issue with gallop and buckley for very different reasons than this, im not sure its comparable at all.
I will say buckley copped a raw end from the media, however I still dont look back on his tenure fondly

Re: FFA
I think your combining two very different issues here Otto. My feeling ( though i have no proof ) is we are going down a path in this game of being too politically correct and concerned that someone may take issue with something.. anything at all. We saw this with Alan Stajics sacking at with matild...

Re: Adelaide United v Wellington Phoenix Match Day Jamboree!!!©
I think wellington played well in many parts of the game , it shows how even this league is. When trying to play attacking football particularly with a young side we will have inconsistent days like this. Its all part of promoting youth. I personally feel Opseth should be starting, he seems to bring...

Re: AUFC vs Wellington
We are a club that has demonstrated we are ones to watch for more trophies.
However at this stage its nothing more than a good streak of form in a tight league like this. We have been fantastic but we need to prove we can be consistently good

Re: Who's signed for next season
So Boland has just undergone surgery in his knee which hasn't recovered properly. 4-6 weeks which takes us to January. From a personal perspective I hope he recovers well and gets back to playing soon, but for AU we need to replace him in January. Visa spots are just too valuable, particularly when...
