Re: New rectangular stadium in Adelaide?
They should as a minimum buy out a few properties around the area and close Holden Street and a realignment of Manton Street Having a look at the image of the stadium it is clear that a few additions in a staged order would make a big difference. https://www.flickr.com/photos/8783399@N04/14687496653...

Re: The Next Coach of AUFC
As long as its not Vidmar or Aloisi
If its them i will not be going to any games - see the others do the same
Coach better be a top notch Australian or Overseas coach
But unfortunately i see more of the same penny pinching --- we seem to be the Southhampton of the Hyundai A-League

The sooner FFA is replaced by independent board the better. These people are ruining the game and have no idea of how to move football forward in this country look at the problems the Socceroos are having. We will be lucky to qualify for the next World Cup. Thank god for Torres ignoring the A-League...

VAR - really stands for VICTORY ASSISTANT REFEREE
VAR malfunction - equipment failure caused by ONE EYED VICTORY SUPPORTER JUMPING UP AND DOWN SO HARD CELEBRATING THE GOAL that the video machine fell of the desk and broke resulting in it skipping the offside - Self Induced Software Malfunction

Re: Time is NOW for A-League to be run by independent board
The FFA have noted (not final) that expansion to a 12 team competition would allow simplification of home and away round to being just that one home and one away round against each opponent thus making for a reduced 22 round comp This at a time the league needs expansion, growth etc it will only do ...

Why it’s a must 1 Better TV rights deal with funds put back into the clubs. 2 Better Referring 3 Sort out the VAR 4 Expand the league 5 Extend the season 6 Get rid of finals it shou...

Gombau who has not been given choice of player signings or a chance to train players preseason has been given the boot by West "Croatia" Sydney Wanders.
Wonder who they have in mind? Maybe their favourite Croatian Son - Popovic

Re: Who's signed for next season
We should ensure we have Absolonsen, Cavusevic, Adlung, Isais all signed up. Bada unfortunately should go and probably Blackwood. With the above 3 signed Mileunsevic should have more free roam. But the above are a must along with ensuring Kurz does not go to Sydney. Kossie noting in the paper that K...
Re: Sydney FC
Think they need to be more worried about their own affairs, especially given that Arnie is now going to coach the socceroo's. He would be crazy to coach both.
Will be interesting to see if Sydney does a reverse backflip and goes from top to being a basketcase
