Re: Where are they now?

Either he or Jeronimo, surely.
Pablo :git:
Both were relatively unwanted strikers who never fit into our game plan.

Ironically our best, oh aufc! Only an aufc fan understands lol

Re: Where are they now?

It was such a magic period of the clubs history. The unity of players and fans was something special despite both seemingly at odds against the ownership group. Lets be honest, if it wasnt for that special group of players and coaching staff AUFC probably would have worked itself down a spiral of ir...

Re: Who's signed for next season

How much longer does this off season feel having a full squad already compared to previous years where squad number are looking grim?

Re: Who's signed for next season

I think the problem with Baba is that Kurz just doesn't rate him. Even when fit it seemed Blackwood was the preferred option. Not sure that's true. Marco wants his players to be at peak fitness, Baba never was. And when you say "when he was fit" just how fit was he ?? He broke down just about every...

Re: Walkout song

Yeah I cringe when I hear Wonderwall too. It's doubly bad now as Melbchester use it too. Local would be great for sure, hilltop hoods are the bees knees and would make great regular summer party vibes at Hindy. “I’m from the city of light, with a sky of vanilla Known as the city of churches home of...

Re: Who's signed for next season

I have a terrible feeling we are more likely to see Ilso play striker and halloran play the 10 role mire often than bot as a result of baba not being fit.

Im still not convinced he will be here much by january.

Ill be very happy to be proven wrong though, hope he scores bags.

Re: A league transfer rumours and discussion, NON AU

Honda "transfers" to the management of Cambodian national team... Former Japan international Keisuke Honda has been named general manager of Cambodia’s national team just a week after signing for Melbourne Victory in the A-League. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/aug/12/keisuke-honda-to-co...

Re: Who's signed for next season

I reckon biggest question marks in the sauad are left back, striker and also the midfield. LB: Galloway is handy but nothing special (and right footed), Kitto is not a left back, Goody signed on as a left wing only and Strain is also right footed. Striker: Baba is good when fit which is rare, Ilso ...

Re: Who's signed for next season

It appears to me foxsports / FFA have made their offseason aquisition and thats all they are willing to publish ( honda ) with a touch of usain bolt clickbait thrown in. Its not that I was hoping to see the media give aufc a virtual pat on the back for the halloran signing, its that an attacking soc...
