We need to be careful here. Maybe there was a "team meeting" or "team supervision" where people were expected to give their opinions and it got heated and out of hand. Action is certainly required by the club now this is all public. But I think its unfair at this stage to say the whole club is at fault for the alleged actions of one staff member. Hopefully for the club's sake this was just Faber's acting out alone. If the rumours are true I just can't imagine a workplace thinking this is the right way to go about things and actively taking steps to make these events occur.

The AL model is almost totally dependent on money from owners. Income from tickets, sponsors and TV isn't enough. AU is growing financially and with consistent transfer fees the club will move thru this feeder club phase and will be able to hold on to players longer. Imagine another couple of years...
