Re: New owner ?
U are so negative, what the hell has are past owners done , sell players and pocket the money, give the bloke a chance if he buys the club , can’t be much worse than what we have had It's very easy for some chancer to be much worse. If it goes ahead then I hope he really has turned himself around, ...

Re: Congratulations Ange
Spurs being Spursy. They finally win a trophy that all their ‘world class’ managers had failed to do … and they sack the manager. *head shake emoji*

Re: Australia World Cup 2026 Journey!
Great to see McGree impacting the game after so long out with injury.
(His last game for Middlesbrough was 1 January.)
Excellent pass by Geria. Magic turn by McGree. Wonderful vision for the cut back. Brilliant finish by Behich.

Perfect result!
Hard fought, unexpected, but in the end we deserved it. Desperate in defence and clinical in attack.

Re: ASEAN Club Championship
Slightly on topic, but Man Utd slumped to a 1-0 defeat of the ASEAN All-Stars which 4 AL players including Dukuly took part. Dukuly even started! https://aleagues.com.au/news/a-league-asean-all-stars-man-utd-segecic-dukuly-adamson-details-friendly/ Great to see some AL involvement within the region...

Re: Who's signed for next season
Gee it’s good to see that some one sees that clough is not a full rounded player , he panics when he gets into the box , not saying he’s a bad player but as a playmaker that we need he is not it 4th in the Johnny Warren medal 3rd in A league assists for the season 4th in completed crosses 7th in ch...

Re: Australia World Cup 2026 Journey!
Big game on Thursday. Beat Japan and we’ve qualified. (Our goal difference will see us go through.)
And, if Bahrain can do us a favour against the Saudis, we might even qualify without beating Japan.

Feeling happy that Vidmar has a trophy.
Seems like a really nice bloke and a good South Aussie.

Re: Who's signed for next season
I understand the Claw's pessimism, but with Kwaaitaal back and only 4 other places to fill (?) getting Goodwin is solid gold. Tunnicliffe & Lopez departing frees up two visa spots. Whoever we get in place of Tunnicliffe will be an upgrade - an experienced defensive midfielder is still a priority. (I...

Congratulations Ange
Well done Ange. What an achievement! Before you, no one would ever have thought that an Australian coach could win a major European trophy. I’ve got a mate whose a Spurs supporter, so I usually love ribbing him about how Spursy they are. But since Ange went there, they really have been my second team.

Re: Predictions for 24/25
Wheels fell off when the Joey's went away. Never rediscovered our form after that. That, the injured we got at that time and Carl after the Western game also mentioned some training ground incidents. In another press conference if I recall correctly, he mentioned the players being distracted. The v...
