Re: 2019/20 kit
Kit is out, interesting that no league front sponsor as yet. Both FFA Cup and league now in the store. I wonder if the league version will ship without a front sponsor if you buy now?

Re: Who's signed for next season
Losing two high quality australians was always going to be hard to fix. I am not super concerned about covering goodwin, with Toure, Armiento and Niyongabire all wingers/attackers. Id rather they get a chance, given we already have Halloran, Maria and Mileusnic (and I guess Kitto). Defence is a slig...

Re: Who's signed for next season
Whilst Goody is a big loss, in reality winger is a position our youth stocks have always been high in developing and there are a few very good young kids who can play there. I feel Izzy is the harder position to replace. McGree is a great pickup, but he doesnt play the same role in midfield imo.

Re: New Coach
I imagine our aim is to have people who will stay long term in the role and help build the culture we are after. I don't think we should bring in ex players for the sake of it, but I can't see much wrong with the appointments. Bruce is inexperienced in the role for sure, almost has a bachelor of bus...

Re: Who's signed for next season
He was definitely behind Mauk, but its never an indicator of development since. He hasnt had much football since then, Im surprised he didnt go back to the NPL to atleast get some playing time.

Fun to draw a team we played in the NSL
Will be a tough game given the pre season vs full season. Tougher then a few of the a-league teams I feel (again given its pre season).

Re: Who's signed for next season
That depends on if any of the youngsters are scholarship players, as you can have up to 6 and they don't take up one of the 23 slots (or count in the cap if you pay the minimum wage, any amount over counts.) I think Pacifique Niyongabire, Carlo Armiento and Louis D’Arrigo are still scholarship playe...

Re: Eugene Galekovic Retires - Share Your Memories!
It does feel right that his last a-league game was at hindmarsh, even if it wasn't in a red shirt. So many times he saved us. I remember the time he got an assist vs Sydney, getting the ball to mabil for a 1-0 win away, in a game he made so many saves.
