After a very disappointing 2023, I wanted him gone. But in 2024, he has been brilliant and the club would be mad not to give him a new deal.
Our attack even without Goodwin has scored plenty of goals but our defence is still extremely poor. Some new CB’s will be vital.

Re: Adelaide United v Western United Match Day Jamboree!!![emoji2398]
Is it because it’s a homeless soulless club wandering the western reaches of outer Melbourne with shit colours and a rag tag bunch of journeymen beeneverywhereelsers in its squad. Their new ground at Tarniet should address much of this (well, maybe not the colour scheme). It mightn't be much of a g...

I would love to know why Jonny Yull isn’t even in the squad and played NPL last night. He definitely should be playing over the likes of Alagich and Duzel.

Re: Who's signed for next season
You can both be happy at a re-signing and also want new players to come in.Gee u all getting excited about a keeper signing , we could have 4 keepers play at once and our defence would still concede, we need out field players with experience

Good. pxEsDQQfmso B) Love the tag line in the e-mail to members on this.... "Delianov's contract extension reflects Adelaide United's commitment to nurturing talent and building a competitive team capable of achieving success in the A-League and beyond." A genuine message of hope to the faithful or...

Re: Pride Round AU- 2024
Gee if a handful of social media posts, some colourful shirts and some rainbow smoke is enough to rile people up this much then all the more reason to continue having a pride round. We have a long way to go in our society (not that I believe pride round was even in the top 20 reasons why people did...

Re: Pride Round AU- 2024
pay the 3 players out what remains of the contracts (in particular cavallo) and be done with them, the football has been overshadowed by all the other activities these 3 players do i know for a fact multiple players (past and present) are not comfortable with all this hoopla over the past 3 years. ...

Doubt Carl will do this but this is how I'd line up. Delianov Bovalina Ansell Warland Kitto Isaias Yull Ayoubi Clough Irankunda Hiroshi Cox, Van der Saag, Lopez, Tunnicliffe, Mauk, Halloran, Jovanovic Why would you leave Mauk and Halloran on the bench? With the position we're in, wouldn't you start...

Re: Who's signed for next season
I wonder how we would’ve gone if Verbeek had’ve hung around… I must be getting old, because I can barely remember how we were under him??? I do remember the delicious 4 nil cup win though I think the club as a whole lost a lot with Petrillo’s departure In my 10 years + of supporting the club, he’s ...

Agree Otto, CV will do very well to make finals from here. I actually feel sorry for him as it feels he is on a hiding to nothing looking at what he has to work with. There is a chance still, but things would need to change pretty fast! A bit of a late reply as I haven’t been on here for a while bu...

Gee the gay lovers on here don’t have any safety for people with a different opinion, what he said his religion didn’t agree he then said they can do what ever they like , but I just don’t agree with it . The club said it supported others peoples views then told him to take it down so much for brin...

Re: Preview: Adelaide United - Melbourne Victory 09.03.24
It’s a bloody football club! Musa is allowed to put his religious beliefs first and more importantly have an opinion. Here is an opinion, I bet quite a few AU supporters are also sick of this BS ad nauseam. The original rivalry has barely been mentioned amongst the rainbows ffs. Why should Musa apo...
