Re: Aus v Norway
I think some people just need to come to terms with the fact that this Socceroos team is just not that good. Preciously few of the promising young aussie players of the last 10 years have capitalised on the talent they showed early in their careers and there's not a single player in the national tea...

Re: Who's signed for next season
Yeah. His birth record says he has passed 30, but I would not put too much stock in it. The man is coming off 2 great seasons and has showed absolutely no sign of slowing down. Scored 5 goals in 6 games this spring too.

Re: Who's signed for next season
That's a really really good signing. Much better than I hoped for. Was a huge part of SønderjyskE finishing second the previous season and is just rock solid. Definitely the best SønderjyskE player this spring by a mile too.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Dane here. My guess would be Leon Andreasen. Transfer free and lots of Bundesliga experience.

Re: Awer Watch
The red card was ridiculous. Martin Spelman is a hack and if anyone should have been shown a card, it should have been him. Mabil did good until he was showed out.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Anyone knows if Van Dijk is still around? With Sanchez gone, there's room for another import player, and I assume he counts as an Asian player, so he would come in handy when it's time to play Champions League. Club have already said they wanted to fill the last visa spot with a player to start eve...

Re: Awer Watch
Mabil in the match day squad against AGF again today. Starting on the bench. That's the third Superliga game in a row now and he came off the bench and played a bit in the last 2.

Re: Kamau departure
Seems like a very strange decision for a young player getting game time in a very good team under a coach we are frankly incredibly lucky to have. Seems very shortsighted of Kamau, but I wish him all the best and hope he gets what he wants out of his move.

Re: Awer Watch
Just thought I should add that he's been in the match day squad for the last couple of games now and made an appearance in the last 10 minutes of their last superliga game. Maybe the coach has different ideas than the director of football. Wouldn't be the first time that happened at FCM...

Re: Awer Watch
No worries! I should probably also add that the director of football also says they still have faith in his potential. Paul Onuachu has been a great player for them this season. He's a little older than Mabil and spent last in the Danish 1st division on a loan deal, so there's a precedent there.

Re: Awer Watch
The director of sports at FCM recently said that Mabil hasn't quite made the impression this season that they were hoping for and they are considering a loan deal for next season. Buddy Farrah has also been at talks at the FCM headquarters.

Re: Awer Watch
Mabil is in the FCM squad in the derby against Viborg FF today. I'm hoping for, but not really expecting, 3 points for Viborg.

Re: Awer Watch
Bilbo buggins, it seems like the fans are behind mabil, is there a fair bit of expectation that he is a future star from the fans point of view ? Oh there's no doubt that he's someone the club and the fans are expecting a lot of in the future. It's hard not to make the comparison to Pione Sisto of ...

Re: Awer Watch
Mabil had his first start against Roskilde last night in a cup game. A game which FCM lost. He didn't look great, but neither did the rest of the team really.
