Where are they now?
Not sure when Llagostera's next game is but according to his Wikipedia listing and my maths skills, Pablo Sanchez Alberto is sitting on 499 first team appearances so congrats when your 500th match comes up, Pablo.
What a player! I'd still love him to be sitting on our bench now. He was proof that a visa player doesn't have to be a starter imo.

Pablo is such a great guy. I follow him on Twitter and he seems to like every post the Australia tourism account posts! Also often has a cheeky dig at former teammates from his time here too. Seems he and Cirio and their partners are still pretty close.

Re: Where are they now?
It was such a magic period of the clubs history.
The unity of players and fans was something special despite both seemingly at odds against the ownership group.
Lets be honest, if it wasnt for that special group of players and coaching staff AUFC probably would have worked itself down a spiral of irrelevance. The premiership season it what attracted Piet to the club after he noticed the football culture here.

That goal against Sydney that ends with the diving header from Jeggo's cross is one of my absolute favourites. Just an exquisite piece of football

Re: Where are they now?
Or maybe a better measure would be shots v goals?
Both stats seem equally hard to find after 2 minutes of googling lol.
