AUFC to play Malaga

Re: AUFC to play Malaga
The email just went around to all employees at my work for corporate seats for $36. Absolute zero takers from 150 employees.
These seats are usually snapped upped by the director group before us regular workers even get a lookin for any AFL game.
Bit of a worry. Hopefully they're selling at other places!

AUFC to play Malaga
I guess that's a good point - normally they are provided free as part of the corporate package work has, but because this is a special event they have to be purchased through ticketek.
That would definitely be a reason for people not to take them.

The extended forecast on accuweather looks pretty good for Friday 25.

Someone on FN just bought a ticket with PAX 7600. I'll be very happy with anything close to 15k.

Jeez not looking great. We've pre-sold more to HAL games.
Still a week of sales to go so fingers crossed.

Re: AUFC to play Malaga
there seems only to be a limited number of gold tickets left, can only buy them in pairs or a few groups of 3 on the edges. How many does the gold reserved area hold at AO?
15k would be disappointing for this match.

Re: AUFC to play Malaga
United have now opened up the top tier of the eastern stand to allow more gold reserve seats to be available. good signs for a good crowd.

Re: AUFC to play Malaga
Thank you for the link Zanzibar.
I was wondering how it came about that Malaga were touring down under.
Now I understand the whole exercise.
I especially like the part where we were "up-graded" from Espanyol to Malaga.
It's like going from Economy to Business...
