Re: Val-Ko
One thing I've noticed lately. Quite often the in pressers the club has one of the foreign players present. I wonder if there is a reason for this? Obviously people's questions can't be as detailed as they would be if they were asking a player with better English.

Re: Val-Ko
i think for the post match interviews it generally seems that a player that had a good game or was BOG takes part. just a theory/observation though.
Re: Val-Ko
Alright, who hopped on Val's PC while he was on the john and wrote a positive United article?JOSEP Gombau says his eccentric celebrations which Reds fans have endorsed as euphoric passion aren’t planned but he’s fast becoming the A-League’s ‘Special One.’

Oh really?Former Reds bosses John Kosmina and Aurelio Vidmar were usually humble celebrators
Couldnt really write a bad article when his colleague wrote a scathing article on gombau the same day

You missed the best bit shin!
Former Reds bosses John Kosmina and Aurelio Vidmar were usually humble celebrators but watching Gombau relish the moment when Adelaide is claiming premiership points is special.

Brucey is definitely our most articulate footballer. He'd probably make a decent administrator one day, CEO of one of the clubs or high up in the FFA.You tell em Bruce!

Re: Val-Ko
Do yourself a favour and don't bother reading Kossie's hypocritical whinge of an article. He doesn't deserve the hits on his story.

Kossie..The public aren’t that naive – or are they?

Re: Val-Ko
Yeah I almost spat out my coffee when I read that. I think the talk Val has been getting over the last few weeks has highlighted that AU fans are smart enough to know BS when its served up to them day in day out.Too lateKossie..The public aren’t that naive – or are they?
Its to me a really sad situation. Kossie is IMO AU's best ever coach but he keeps coming out and sticking the boot into the club I love with no words of aid or advice. For me it tarnishes the memories I have of him and his time at the club. IMO either your are with us or against us and there is nothing wrong with being critical if you want it to create a positive outcome. But from many of Kossie's articles there is no reference to him hoping things improve or offering advice on how things he believes are an issue can improve. He says that the talk of tiki taka is just spin to create a positive light for the club. Well what is his constant negative articles called then? I'd call that spin too.
