Re: Adelaide United v Melbourne City SF Match Day Jamboree!!
Superb team performance. Criminal we weren't up at half time.
Bruce is an absolute man mountain.
Don't know where his form has come from but he was fantastic the entire game.
And that first goal. Wow.

What a team!
The way they play for each other and the level of understanding is on another level. They play more like a group of best mates in the park against a bunch of strangers. Its fantastic to watch.
For anyone interested, pre game fox ran a fantastic interview with amor in catalan. Highly recommend finding it online if you were at the game.
It sounded like the whole stadium got involved in wonderwall but it wasnt shown on tv, seemed like an amazing atmosphere though

I said it was in catalan, appologies to any spanish speakers if that was actually spanish. Given the speed guillermo talks , the lisp and swallowing of half the words im assuming its catalan

I think you would need an active support membership - the code emailed to you would give you access to buy active support if you were eligible I'd say.How do I choose active support bay. If you want to get standing, perhaps just get a GA or Category C and stand up?

Amazing to be at the game. Bruce is just a different player, he was everywhere, winning difficult balls too him, harassing and winning the ball, laying off the ball with very high accuracy under all sorts of pressure. Mauk is just a great young player, Isaias is amazingly composed under pressure. La Rocca was brilliant, he was massive at the back. Cirio got through a massive amount of work running with the ball everywhere, Kamau works so hard and has skill in bucket loads, just needs to finish a bit better. I thought Goodwin was slightly off, not a lot, but not quite at his best and Carrusca perhaps slightly as well but still played well.

Cirio for motm despite Bruce's brace. He was fantastic. He tore city apart through the middle.
Re: Adelaide United v Melbourne City SF Match Day Jamboree!!
Cirio defs had his best game in a while. He ran at players like the good old days.
Re: Adelaide United v Melbourne City SF Match Day Jamboree!!
Yeah Cirio was great running through the midfield.
Him and Bruce were my standouts.
Tough to pick a third best but thought both Goody and Carrusca weren't great as Ghost mentioned.

I have a feeling the instructions are for him to do less running and we don't play the diagonal balls to him that Boogaard in particular used play. With less running he has tried to play a more passing game which is good at, but he has less of an impact playing it. Tonight he seemed to just go back to run, run, run, run and it worked well. I thought a couple of weeks he made a few runs and the rest of the team seemed a bit lost when he did it. Tonight they seemed to work with it a lot better.Cirio defs had his best game in a while. He ran at players like the good old days.
