Good result. Never got out of second gear but didn't need to.
Will need a much improved performance the next two games.
Everyone seemed to get through unscathed and hopefully we can welcome Elrich back next week.

It was good to see us rediscover our goal scoring form, though I am concerned as La Rocca seems to be destined for a red.

We've seen with the Georgievski challenges that if you only take out the man then it's fine.It was good to see us rediscover our goal scoring form, though I am concerned as La Rocca seems to be destined for a red.
It's where you get some of the ball as well that it's a red, like the Boogard challenge.

He also has elbows and he is not afraid to use them...It was good to see us rediscover our goal scoring form, though I am concerned as La Rocca seems to be destined for a red.

Unfortunately i didn't see much of the game, but good to score 4 goals after going a couple of weeks goalless.
Really nice goal by Mauk! What a pick up/replacement for Jeggo he has been.

la rocca is a liabilaty ,all you need is a ref with a bit of guts and he is gone , probably happen in the finals ,i no that sounds a bit of doom and gloom but the week befor he had someone in a head lock and wasnt looking at the ball in the penalty area

I agree. There is a difference between the gamesmanship Isaias shows making the most of late challenges and being a bit sneaky off the ball, and La Rocca putting people in head locks on corners and the constant shirt pulling we see from him. Its a very fine line and its rare a penalty is given for that sort of stuff occurring on a corner. But I can definitely see it happening in a key moment against WSW or City in the finals. IMO La Rocca's mongrel is certainly something the club has lacked so I'm happy to see it, but I feel he needs to reign it in slightly.la rocca is a liabilaty ,all you need is a ref with a bit of guts and he is gone , probably happen in the finals ,i no that sounds a bit of doom and gloom but the week befor he had someone in a head lock and wasnt looking at the ball in the penalty area

La Rocca needs to be smart and use his mongrel sparingly.

Personally I prefer Elsey at CB over LaRocca.La Rocca needs to be smart and use his mongrel sparingly.
He's done nothing wrong except when played out of position at FB. Then if Goody plays LB we get our all South Australian back line
