No Mells even on the bench. We have a LW playing at RW and three RWs on the bench. I guess Pablo plays in the midfield if required.
According to the club twitter Mells was injured in training and is unavailable. It is a blow, the team looks very threadbare.

The first XI is great, but what happens if Isaias gets injured? Kamau on to RW, Goodwin to LB, Elrich to RB, Marrone to DM. I would just like to see us cover more positions on the bench than this bench does.Im happy with that lineup. Hard to pick the subs though, will have to see how the games going

It seems like we're expecting to chase the game a bit, with so many attacking options. Im hoping for more of a score 4 in the first half and then cruise to a 5-1 win. Archie Thompson scored their single consolation goal because tradition. The first XI is great, but what happens if Isaias gets injured? Kamau on to RW, Goodwin to LB, Elrich to RB, Marrone to DM. Re: Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!!
I think it is more that Amor has a group of players he is prepared to select and he has not gone for any of the young players outside that group except Trimboli. That is not to say he is wrong with his assessment of the young players but it would be good to have a few more players trusted to play especially in the midfield. It is close to crazy not to have a central midfielder type on the bench, although, to be fair, it is because Mells was injured.
And Pablo can do a job in there if required, replacing Carrusca or Mauk would be okay.
