Australias greatest footballer in the history of everything is scaling the heights back in the english league.
Although his deal with Blackburn has fallen through and he has had no interest from other English giants such as Bolton, Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield in joining them, it appears he may be heading west. No not America and the MLS for the cut rate Beckham, but West of england League one power house Swindon Town.
Looks like he'll be Robin' goals in front of about 10,000 at the County Ground.
Looks like a win for Swindon with all the club shirts that they can sell here in Oz for this much loved and overrated superstar.

IMO he deserves his tag. No Australia has been better on the pitch.

Re: Aussie superstar goes west
There is no evidence to suggest he's genuinely linked to any of those clubs. Bolton, Wendies and Huddersfield were floated in an Australian article because geographically they're all close to where H's sick mother in law lives.
And the Swindon link came from the Daily Mail so should have been dismissed immediately.
If I were to have a wager I'd bet on him going to a mid-upper table championship club.
