We are in the game, just frustrating to see us hit the bar, then they go up the other end and win a soft pen.
We have had a chances, should get some more in the second.

Re: CC Mariners v Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!!!©
Worst half of the year so far. Constant turnovers and poor decisions. We can't play through their press and can't maintain possession. Our back 4 is constantly under pressure. We had some good chances, but we need to finish. Need to maintain possession. Staring at 4 straight losses here. Sent from m...

Re: Perth Glory v Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!!!©
No need to panic, I would be more worried if I was Perth then Adelaide. We played well with an undermanned team. Missing so much experience across the park, given time the team will get back to winning games. We still have plenty of youth coming through and playing (albeit due to injuries). Although...

Re: Gombau to WSW
We need the best possible coaching in our youth teams at NT level.
So from that point of view it is disappointing.
Should see some LOL 'journalism' from Val now, regarding WSW at least. He still hates him from his time here.

I'm really warming to Ben Warland,
A defender that can actually shoot is so rare (in the aleague at least).
He had a decent chance with a header as well.
We were missing too much experience in this game, City played it well.

Re: POLL, Would you support a walk off
Didn't we get a 'please explain' from the FFA, regarding the number of yellow cards we got in 1 match? Not at the moment. I'd like the club to send the FFA and the referees a please explain though.

There needs to be a system in place to select the host.
Take out all the bias and guess work. Seems silly we have the same issues every year.

Re: WS Wanderers v Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!!!© FFA CUP-Semi-final-
I feel like it was the same story last season against Victory and Wanderers. Refereeing was abysmal, they must be held accountable. We played well I thought, contained Wanderers all night. Again we started slow, really need to address this. Maybe it is due to all the travel we have done, so hopefull...

I don't think Baba is 100% fit yet, so Blackwood will start. Is Adlung unavailable?Hoping we lineup tonight:
Izzo
Marrone-Warland-Elsey-Garuccio
Konst-Isa-Matmour
Johan-Baba-Kitto
Bench:
Blackwood
Mileusnic
OD
Ochieng
Margush
Adlung is available and will start in front of Konst.

Big loss as we have already lost our other experienced CB.Gulum out with a broken rib and punctured lung.
Welcome Ben Warland...
How long is a broken rib and punctured lung? 8, 10 weeks?
The defense is looking a little shaky now.

Re: Preview: AUFC v Victory 15.10.17
Found the membership details and can't get into this game with my membership. me and the guys are now watching this at home with a BBQ. If only full season members can attend expect that crowd estimate to decline further. Most of the people I know with memberships are 8 game members and we all just...

I cant help but think 17K packed in Hindmarsh, would give us a huge advantage. Ah well AO it is.
Blackwood with the first, early goal and Isa with a free kick. 2-0.

Re: Brisbane Roar v Adelaide United Match Day Jamboree!!!©
Ross is a scumbag! So glad we got the points. Having a go a Ramallo on the sidelines, the man he punched last season. Our first half was really average. But we dominanted the second and I would have been disappointed not to get ateast a point. 3 points is massive! Brisbane will struggle this year. W...

Re: Adelaide United Playing Jersey 2017/18
Simple is best IMO Really like these, only downfall is the black trim should have been blue. Edit: Looks like it is actually blue, just too dark IMO All these over designed tops are ugly, eg Jets, roar and glory. There is no need for pinstripes, shoulder pads, racing stripes etc...
