Re: Adelaide United - General Issues and Discussion
As long as we actually know who they are and these new owners don't sign us up to any sponsorship deals with betting companies and let us keep working on our South Australian Athletic Bilbao project then I'm happy.

Re: Who's signed for next season
A South American player who has played at the World Cup is set to sign with us, according to Val. I'm a bit too lazy to crossmatch every single currently active South American player who has played in the World Cup to try and narrow down potential candidates so I'll just wait for further confirmation.

Re: Stefan Mauk
Hmmm... interesting call. Hopefully it has a positive effect on him and he matures a bit. We don't need a skipper who's prone to the odd "red mist" moment, My first thought. I've always rated him as a player, but I wouldn't have tipped him to be captain material. I didn't watch much of Mauk, or the...

Re: Who's signed for next season
Got excited for a sec because I thought Sofia, Bulgaria (location of Tomi Juric's most recent club) was in that timezone which would be an obvious hint if he were to sign.
Lopez should still be a good addition.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Also worth noting that Val has been VERY reliable recently.
Of course he could be referring to the ALM tweet when he talks about speculation lol

Val reporting on links between Tomi Juric and a return to Adelaide United. https://twitter.com/Val61/status/1330733705455833094 I presume those "links" would be A-League Memes reposting the original "Juric joins Adelaide United" FFT article from 2013. https://twitter.com/TheRealALM/status/133071029...

Re: Who's signed for next season
Timotheou would be a good pick up imo. Also we are apparently signing former Young Socceroos keeper James Delianov who has played just one AL game. I’d imagine he’d be the first choice keeper if he comes. Hearing some good things about him but I don't see why we need to sign another young, inexperi...

Re: RE: Re: Who's signed for next season
Some free agent strikers we could look at. I’d love it if we were to somehow sign Emenike. https://www.transfermarkt.com/spieler/vertragslosespieler/statistik/1/plus//galerie/0?ausrichtung=alle&spielerposition_id=14&land_id=alle&altersklasse=&wettbewerb_id=alle&seit=2019&yt0=Show Edit: Just realise...
